Bom custo benefício, mas pode melhorar...
Hotel tem um bom custo benefício, bem localizado (shopping em frente, apenas atravessar a rua), perto do aeroporto. Porém, equipe da recepção precisa melhorar o atendimento, funcionários totalmente despreparados. Cheguei de madrugada e avisei com dias de antecedência que meu checkin seria de madrugada, mesmo assim, não constava nada na minha reserva. Tive que solicitar uma segunda chave do quarto e não havia ninguém na recepção... Enfim... Faltou organização.
Sobre o quarto: limpo e conservado, mas já pede modernização. A tv era smart mas a internet do hotel é péssima, sequer conectava no celular, imagina na tv. Café da manhã ok e serviço de quarto excepcional (prato bem servido e extremamente saboroso).
