Um hotel não é só uma cama. Se um hotel não consegue prover as necessidades básicas, ele é um hotel ruim. Este é um hotel ruim. Em uma estadia passada a internet era péssima durante a noite, praticamente inexistente, porém durante o dia era possível usar pra trabalho. Na estadia atual a internet simplesmente não existe no quarto. Eu tive que ir pro corredor fazer reunião. Agravantes: Ao comunicar a recepção na noite do dia 09/07/2025, fui informado que "uma atualização estava em andamento". O que obviamente não era verdade. Eu testei a conexão em várias partes do hotel, e perto do elevador no meu andar ela funciona perfeitamente, mas não no meu quarto. Reportei novamente hoje, dia 10/07/2025 à recepção o problema, solicitando a mudança pra um quarto com internet. Fui informado que mudança de quarto não era possível (um absurdo), e que alguém olharia o problema. Obviamente nada mudou. Um hotel 3 estrelas não conseguir prover internet a um hospede em 2025 é um absurdo.

Já estive neste hotel outras vezes Desta vez havia um aviso "pedimos desculpas a bomba dagua quente está com problema, estamos trabalhando...etc etc" Como a lei de Murphy é soberana, ocorreu casadinho com a chegada de uma frente fria que derrubou as temperaturas Opção 1) ou a gerência não tem ideia do que é senso de urgência Opção 2) a accor possui um sistema extremanete burocrático para gestão de manutenção que gera demoras excessivas Seja qual for a explicação nota-se o descaso total com o hóspede Um elevador quebrado, um forno quebrado, menos pessoas no check-in. Mil são os problemas que uma unidade pode ter e que afetarão a qualidade da hospedagem, porém em um nível aceitável. Falta de água quente NÃO! Tomei meus banhos de morno-para frio. INADMISSÍVEL Se houvesse senso de urgência ou um melhor fluxo interno para aprovação de manutenções e similares, uma pessoa teria sido colocada em uma fiorino alugada da localiza e teria ido até sei lá eu que cidade buscar a bomba, ou buscar o mecanico, ou ambos. Enfim, GESTÃO!

No último mês me hospedo no Íbis Marista por pelo menos 2 dias na semana. No dia 21/05 o hotel estava com problema na água quente e me disseram que até o meio da tarde estaria resolvo. Pois bem hoje é 28/05, e quando cheguei na recepção a primeira coisa que me informaram é que o hotel estava com problema de água quente, mas estavam resolvendo, resta saber até quando. Outra coisa, quando comecei a me hospedar a máquina de café tinha café expresso, nas últimas semanas ele não estava disponível, resta saber se não fazem a reposição ou se cortaram mesmo.
