모든면에서 흡잡을 것이 하나도 없습니다.
청결,서비스 ..... 주변 풍결이 넘 좋아서 1박이 아쉽더라구요
날씨 때문에 많이 고민했는데 직원분들께서 재설작업에 힘써주신 덕분에 안전한 여행이 될 수 있었습니다

뷰가 너무 좋고 친저하며 조식이 괜찮았습니다. 위치가 외진 곳이라 필요한건 미리 사서 가야하며 차로 이동해도 호텔 주변 식당들은 8시면 정리하는 분위기여서 저녁 시간 잘 계획하고 움직여야 할 것 같습니다.

욕실옆 벽 밑부분은 물이새는건지 축축하고 그 위 스카치테이프로 붙혀져있음
초저녁에 도착했음에도 석식예약못함
평일이라 석식예약이 일찍끝난다고
안내해주기 위해 문자보내려고 했는데 연락처가 없어서 못보냈다고 하는데..회원가입시 기본적으로 연락처 정보 다 입력하는데 뭔소리인지.

객실 및 모든시설이 깨끗하게 운영되고,근무하시는 모든 분들이 친절하게 최선을 다하시는 모습입니다. 석식과 조식도 정갈하고 맛있게 먹었습니다.조령3관문까지 산책길도 근처에 연결되어 있어서 조령3관문 여행하실 분들에게 강추합니다.괴산과 수안보 여행하시는 분들도 약간의 이동거리는 있지만 조용하고 편안하게 쉬시기에 좋은 곳으로 추천합니다
