Renka Göcek’te geçirdiğim konaklama gerçekten beklentilerimin çok üzerindeydi. Otel hem şıklığı hem de huzurlu atmosferiyle öne çıkıyor. Odalar tertemiz, konforlu ve detaylara özen gösterilmiş. Özellikle spa bölümü tam anlamıyla harikaydı — profesyonel hizmet, rahatlatıcı ortam ve kaliteli uygulamalar sayesinde kendimi tamamen yenilenmiş hissettim. Kahvaltılar da akşam yemekleri de müthiş lezzetli, kendimizi özel hissettirdi. Personelin güler yüzlü yaklaşımı ve ilgisi de ayrı bir artıydı. Göcek’te konaklayacak olanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Bizim için artık Göcekte konaklanacak tek adres belli oldu 👍🤗

Fantastic hotel with kind and friendly staff. We stayed in room 402 which was one of the stone rooms. Very beautiful and unique as was the design of the hotel as a whole. Great shower with choice of rainfall or hand held options and lovely toiletries. Everything was kept spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our daily breakfasts served up by Selda who looked after us very well. The swimming pool is large and restful, no worries about getting a lounger. We also visited the Hammam and had a fantastic scrub and foam treatment. Gocek is a quiet town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants and ideal for a peaceful break. I would 100% recommend the Renka to anyone planning to visit

This was such a a lovely place to relax. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served by the pool from 8-12 and offered the perfect combination of traditional Turkish fare and choice. The rooms were lovely with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool which has great sun beds. We also enjoyed a Turkish bath in the spa. Gocek and the Renka were the perfect choice for a relaxing break.

Lovely hotel. Room was spot less along with the rest of the hotel. Had some lunches there and a few evening meals, food was very good presented well too. Was lucky enough to also have a fish bbq there when we were staying which was excellent. Great service each time with some enjoyable breakfasts by the pool. Great location to walk to the harbour. All in all cannot fault and another bonus was the pool, it was spotless too and very comfy sunbeds with good quality parasols .

A hotel to avoid — a disgrace to Turkish hospitali
I want to acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the two gentlemen at the front desk and the young woman at the spa reception. Their kindness and service were the only redeeming aspects of my stay.
Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the owner of the hotel, whose arrogance, rudeness, and above all dishonesty were simply unacceptable.
Staying in a double room, I had booked private access to the spa for one hour, which was included in my reservation. To my surprise, at checkout, I discovered that this access had also been charged to my friend, on the direct instruction of the owner, even though it was clearly a private session I had booked. In the end, we were forced to pay twice for the same service.
Such dishonest practices are unworthy of a hotel, and do not reflect the warmth and generosity of the Turkish people, whom I deeply respect and have experienced positively many times in Turkey.
Hotel & Spa Renka is a disappointment and does not deserve your trust. Avoid it if you expect a fair, respectful, and honest experience.
