Unfortunately we booked this hotel through *********** and stayed for 9 days , paying € 250 per night. The state of the building is terrible, two sides of it covered with bamboo sheets , the entrance surrounded with dead plants and piles of rubbish and leaves. The lobby is very dark and cluttered, no lift so you have to carry your luggage upstairs, the room interior tired and dated , air con doesn’t work properly so very hot in the room, the fridge is incredibly noisy. The kitchen outside where the breakfast served is in terrible condition , overall absolutely awful.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Worst hotel I ever stayed. The building condition is terrible, two sides covered with bamboo sheets , a lot of dry plants around the entrance and piles of rubbish. The lobby is very dark and cluttered, the room interior dated and tired, furniture is chipped, bathrooms fitting tarnished , no lift so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly so room is very hot, the fridge is so noisy that we end up buying the ear plugs, the room is badly soundproof and you can hear everything from next door rooms and outside. The safe box not even attached to the wall so doesn’t provide any security and can be easily taken away.

Мы забронировали этот отель за месяц до отъезда, через доверенное тур-агентсво. Забронировали 2 номера на 2 ночи. Мы приехали в отель в 23.00. Детки были уставшими после перелетов, да и мы тоже. Нам долго не давали номер. После долгого ожидания дали только один номер (2х местный) на 5 человек. Я говорю почему один номер, мы же 2 номера бронировали. Сотруднца отеля сказала, что у нас забронирован только один номер. Я позвонила нашему тур-агенту. Он связался с тур-оператором в Турции. Тот звонил отелю и выяснилось, что действительно мы заплатили за 2 номера и за 2 ночи. А у отеля в системе была ошибка - overbooking. У них не было свободных номеров, отель был переполнен. И в 00:40 ночи нас разместили в другой отель. Сотрудница женщина извинилась за такой случай. Но я бы не рекомендовала этот отель никому. Так как оказалось бывают такие неполадки в системе. И еще один минус, у них нет лифта.

The rooms are nice and the hotel is clean, but the air conditioner doesn’t work at all, room was incredibly hot and they continue to say that we should give it sometime. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, our room was on the 3rd floor and we had to carry our bags through the stairs and there was nobody to help. Would never stay on this hotel again, but I must say the staff was nice and tried to help.

Comment ai-je pu me faire à ce point avoir par les commentaires plutôt élogieux de Google et Booking! 350€ la nuit avec petit déjeuner pour un service deux étoile : belle arnaque: Fuyez. Arrivée en voiture: laborieuse, au bout d’une impasse bouchée par de nombreux véhicules empêchant d’arriver au mini parking plein soleil de l’hôtel. Extérieurs d’un autre temps en travaux, sans âme. Accueil heureusement par un jeune homme adorable toujours souriant et positif qui sauve ou atténue la situation. Chambres fonctionnelles, bonne climatisation silencieuse mais sans grand charme. Soirée très bruyante (mariage et sono à quelques mètres de nos fenêtres). Pas de restaurant. Petit déjeuner assez triste au milieu d’un parking. Parties communes sans ascenseur, vieillissant et sombre. Une belle arnaque car pour un tel prix Gocek offre de bien plus beaux hôtels et service. Si je n’avais pas prépayé mes chambres j’aurais sans hésité quitté les lieux pour un autre hôtel!

Even though we arrived at the hotel at 04:00 in the morning, we were welcomed very warmly and informed about the hotel. There was availability and they also helped with late check out.
