Disappointing for a 5 star property.
They contacted a day prior to ask what time I would be checking in. I came in a bit later than the time mentioned and still had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be ready. Check out was slow as well.
Rooms are clean but old and need improvement.
Breakfast buffet had mediorce options.
Staff barely smile at you.
Stayed at 3 star properties with much better outcome

Hotel worth recommending. Breakfast and dinner buffet very tasty and varied. Rooms spacious and comfortable. I have no objections.

It was our second day as we extended our stay. Good
Place to stay no doubt. Good can be improved as we tried the buffet for dinner but it wasn’t that great. Staff were fantastic as usual
