I recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was very good. First of all, the hotel is in a very good location with many supermarkets. There are many dining and shopping options around. Terrible, staff not helpful, cleanliness awful, found the last guests dregs in room, so we checked out early. Bed hard pillows dirty and hard, bathroom dirty, hair etc

The room was ok. I’m glad I tool my own pillows as the ones provided were very thin and not very comfortable. The food in the restaurant opposite wasn’t very good. We payed for the meal deal when we booked it. Once we ordered our food we waited over half an hour for it to arrive and my steak was awful. I ordered it to be cooked medium and it was tough and chewy. I mentioned this to the waitress who said I’m sorry and walked away and still charged us the extra charge as stated on the menu.. the service is very slow even though there was hardly any customers. I don’t think I will stay at a premier inn again.

Perfectly fine and good Premier Inn. Good easy parking and breakfast hall is near and nice. Beds and rooms nice and clean.

The communication before my visit was very helpful and, never having been to Gloucester before it was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The room was great, spacious, smart and very clean and the bed was really comfortable with good quality bed linen. I have a friend who always uses Premier Inns and now I see why.

Really nice place to stay and not too far to walk to the quays.we had a room with air conditioning and worked a treat on that very hot weekend. The breakfast was lovely and the chef was lovely.if somthing wasnt there he cooked it and brought it to our table.would definately stay there again
