Cortesia del personale della hall ci ha regalato anche 2 birre da prendere al bar.Ristorante interno.Vicinanza al centro.Camera ottima con bei letti e morbidi cuscino,bagno con doccia molto grande.Birrificio artigianale all'interno della struttura che però non ho assaggiato.Colazione buona con molto salato e meno dolce.Ho sbagliato a prenotare un altro hotel e mi hanno ricevuto alla hall facendomi vedere prima le 2 camere disponibili per poter scegliere quella più comoda per me,molto gentili e professionali.Acqua in bottiglietta disponibile in camera e cialde per caffè con macchinetta inclusa gratis.

This hotel was an absolute dream, worth so much more than the money we paid. Beautiful and very clean rooms, abundant yummie breakfast and the friendliest staff! Airport transfer worked like a dream!

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das dazugehörende Restaurant hat eine sehr gute Küche, freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter sowie ein ausgezeichnetes im Hause gebrautes Bier. Dieses Hotel ist nun meine erste Wahl bei zukünftigen Aufenthalten in Gliwice.

Dramatyczna obsługa. Niestety kelnerzy amatorzy. Złe podanie wina, błędy przy płaceniu. Jedzenie dość przyzwoite, zepsute nieprofesjonalną obsługą. Klientela głośna, restauracja nie bardzo czysta, toaleta brudna i zniszczona. Są w Gliwicach znacznie lepsze miejsca.

Hotel near to the city center, Friendly staff, good service, clean and fully comfortable room. My experience is from business trip. I would fully recommend for Holiday too. My room on 4th floor with terrasse and glass roof was amazing with interesting view.
