The people were great and pool area was clean, warm, and well kept. One bathroom outlet did not work and we had to call for the toilet that wouldn't stop filling and the elevator was out of service. The thing that was most irksome, though, was the breakfast was a bit skimpy for a $250 per night hotel. Other than that we had a good stay.

The hotel was a great location and clean place to stay. I was not impressed with their breakfast. There was very little to choose from, so we had to eat out each morning.

This hotel was easily accessible for my 70. We booked a king room, yet had a double queen – which was fine, because we were tired, and just wanted to go to bed. The TV was not reliable and the air conditioner was noisy, but we just wanted to sleep in for that. It was fine.

This hotel is filthy. We chose it due to the pool and proximity to the Adventure park but I would highly recommend choosing another hotel. As someone who travels nearly weekly this may be the worst experience I have had in a hotel to date. 1. Hallways are lined with bags of garbage at all hours. Our child tripped over a bag of soiled baby diapers. 2. Outdoor garbages are overflowing with trash. 3. Room was gross. Bugs in the windows and on the floors. Half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement. Lights that barely worked/flickered. Pillows are small than 12x12 couch pillows. They don’t offer housekeeping during your stay but don’t leave amply supplies for more than one day. 4. Breakfast area was overcrowded with food all over the counters and floors, garbages overflowing, warm milk on the counter, limited options. Each engagement with the staff was poor. I kindly mentioned the trash a few different times and was told “Oh, Sorry.” At no point did they ask where it was or that it would be taken care of. Take your money elsewhere.
