This hotel is very large and every room is a suite, so it’s great for parents to bring their children! There is a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and sink. There is a gym and swimming room. A great all-suite hotel. A large cavernous hotel with plenty of parking. I have stayed here a few times with the rooms kept clean and the beds were very comfortable. Temp controls worked great during a hot/humid stay. Suite rooms have a front room with tv, couch, fridge, sink and microwave. The bedroom has a long desk tv and bed with adequate plugs for changing stuff. Restaurant/bar, gym and pool available on the main floor. If you are sensitive to highway noise ask for a room on the left side of the hotel. Breakfast was offered to Bonvoy members with status. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

I checked into my room and found out that neither airconditioning or heating is working. Immediately called the front desk and they said they will send an engineer. After waiting half an hour called the front desk again and they promised they are sending someone. Another hour passed but no one showed up. On calling them again they did not offer any apology or alternate solution. On my insistence they assigned me another room. The new room was at the other end of the hotel and I had to move my luggage myself. No help was offered. In the new room the shower drain did not work and the bathroom got flooded when I took a shower. This is pathetic level or care offered by a Marriott brand hotel. I am a Bonvoy member and think of moving to another brand. No apology, room upgrade or extra services were offered for the inconvenience I went through.

This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The lobby is gorgeous and so much to hang out at. They have a pool table that was a hit. My husband and son (17) played for a long time. Lobby is right by the bar/restaurant. Expresso martini I ordered was yummy. The atrium on the 2nd floor is beautiful. Our room was huge, super clean and extremely quiet. Amazing place to stay!
