Best Western Glenview Inn-Chicagoland Inn and Suites

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days before traveling to Europe. We planned to leave our car here for three weeks. The experience was great, there was several people at the front desk. that were extremely helpful, Sammy, Harry and others. Rooms were very clean and the service was outstanding. We travel quite often and I think our future plans that involve flying out of O’Hare in Chicago will always include staying at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Ok for eleven hours. We checked in at 10 pm at this hotel since we were visiting family 10 minutes away early the next morning. The bathroom was tiny and there was nowhere to put your toiletries bag. But the real problem was that there was absolutely no soap in the sink area or in the shower. Clearly the cleaning people didn’t check while cleaning the room. Perhaps one container might be empty. But both? Though the thermostat read 66 degrees the room got hot at night. Beds ok. Covers too heavy. We won’t have the need for this hotel again. If you are stranded at O’Hare, and that situation seems like much of the business, it’s an ok place to stay overnight.
