Worked out really well. Got a great rate and saved over $60 for 2 nights. The hotel couldn't match the price. Was very happy with the entire process.

Beautiful Hotel with a great first impression, lobby, restaurant and pool. Rooms have tons of character and are well appointed. Few things that were disappointing 1) guests have to walk back out to the car to place a parking permit on the dash. 2) Nice baby grand piano in the lobby, but was locked and not available to play or hear live entertainment. 3) Coffee / Tea and water were not available in the lobby or on the second floor 24/7. For a property of this caliber I’d expect that level of detail and service. Easy fix! Basic Hilton brands deliver on this every stay. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7am, wish it started at 6am.

We were thrilled to be able to stay in such a beautiful and hospitable hotel while traveling through the area with our dogs. The hotel is in a fabulous location, the accommodations were perfect and very clean, and everyone we chatted with was very pleasant. Would absolutely come back! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here on a visit to see the Hyde Collection. (It's worth the trip!) It was nice to be able to walk around Glens Falls--restaurants, library, parks, the museum.

I would just make sure you get someone who is knowledgeable to avoid any surprises. I was provided no one to fix a staff members mistake and when I called and whoever could help me still wasn’t there I was told they would leave a note that she could expect my call. Not “I will take your number and have her call you”. None of the stay gave the feeling of hospitality
