Premier Inn Leicester North West

Stayed recently and was very disappointed. The hotel is desperately in need of a facelift – everything feels old and tired. While the bedrooms were clean, the decor and furnishings were extremely dated, giving a gloomy and uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff were polite but unfortunately quite unhelpful when it came to resolving issues during our stay. What really stood out was the warning from both hotel staff and the manager about avoiding the restaurant next door – we were told not to eat there, and after going in just for a drink, we’re very glad we listened. The atmosphere was unpleasant and it didn’t feel hygienic at all. After raising our concerns, we did manage to get a refund, which speaks volumes about how poor the experience was. Overall, a terrible stay. Please seriously reconsider before booking – there are much better options out there.

Room was neat,clean and met our needs. Bathroom and shower were good. Overall a fair priced room. We would use Premier Inns again. The restaurant next door was excellent, although we had individual meals the carvery looked very enticing. Staff were friendly and helpful, speed of service was good.

A very well positioned Premier Inn, with plenty of parking in an area of Leicester close to amenities. The staff were welcoming, friendly yet professional. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were attending a "wake" which had been booked with the Gynsill Restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Please notify the Restaurant that the food for the wake was amazing, fresh, a great assortment, something for everyone. So for us it was the perfect place to stay with family and friends in either direction of where the hotel was positioned. The bed....oh the bed.....such a good nights sleep..soooo good. We will be booking this same venue on our next visit to Leicester.

It's a premier inn. We have stayed in better and worse. Bed quite comfy. Tv not great as usual. There was a fan running all night which was very annoying. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's ashame they don't have a restaurant. The pub next door was good and very reasonably priced.

Stayed here with my son. Staff were super friendly and really helpfull. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel highly. We had breakfast in the pub attached to the hotel. The food was really good and the coffee hit the spot.
