Comfortable, air-conditioning worked well. Clean. Pretty basic no toaster. Rooms Ageing, mainly the bathroom. Convenient location reasonably priced. Main light didn't work. Felt secure. Grateful on ground level, no stairs.

Great place to stay and very easy to get around!

Basic accommodation room was clean and tidy needs renovations throughout complex but in an awesome location at Glenelg, I am sure this large property will be earmarked for major reconstruction soon 👍 handy to amazing buffet at the watermark hotel

So dirty. Urine stains on bedding. Black scum in bathroom. Doors with stains and liquids that had been spilt on them left and disgusting. Windows were cloudy and dirty as they don’t ever get cleaned. Carpet black with dirt and stains. Very disappointing. Last time I stayed there 5 years ago was so much better. For the price you accept and old place but not the disgusting hygiene this time. Motel was however obliging and offered another room. But it was no better. Motel said that people have different standards of clean. I showed her the photos I took and she said “I’ll need to talk to housekeeping”. This was not isolated. The office and car park and pool area were filthy. The old restaurant area which was closed down was not cleaned and all old equipment dumped in there. I will never stay there again.

This is a one star hotel at best. Very old and grubby. Dusty rooms and the whole property needs to cleaned from top to bottom. The building itself is ageing and no maintenance has been completed since I was there 30 years ago. Linen and bed was ok. No restaurant no house cleaning and would never stay again. Paid 175 a night.

Do not contemplate staying in this hovel. A disgrace of a place that should be condemned. What a horror show of mould, dust, broken fittings and a bed they obviously grabbed from a local hard rubbish collection. I'm seriously concerned what disease I will pick up from this cesspool.

Absolutely disgusting, the online pictures were bull. We wanted to celebrate our 30th anniversary and catch up on sleep well the beds were disgusting the room smelt bad , and I didn’t sleep either nights.there was a pane of wood on the balcony were the glass had broken, safety concerns of the wood braking if lent on. The bathroom light switch was cracked and dangerous we had no toilet rolls or even tissues, the guest all 6 Gary,s were loud and annoying. Never again nor do I recommend this accommodation to anyone. The bathroom was filthy,the chairs on the balcony were ready to collapse
