Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy

We planned a beautiful wedding in Monument, and decided upon Fairfield Inn north Air Force academy, too house our guests. We been in constant contact with this hotel about my son‘s ADA needs. We specifically asked ahead of time if a lift would roll under the bed. We also had some room changes. We tried to make a week ahead of time and the sales manager referred us to The local hotel manager, and he said he would make the changes. I even told him to look at the dates I sent because some changed. He never made the changes to the rooms And the accessible room we asked for the lift to go under the bed.it wasn’t possible. We would’ve looked for another hotel if we were told these accommodations couldn’t be met, but we didn’t hear anything back. Finally, I called the sales manager back and she made the changes. When we arrived at the hotel, we received our room keys and after trying to put my son in the bed after 8 Hour Long Dr. the legs didn’t go under the bed.when we talked to the front desk, she says oh we can’t do that. After insisting something needs to be done, she called the maintenance guy and he said it couldn’t be done. Then, after some discussion I asked, can I go buy bricks and put under the bed and we did that and finally got settled. I would be cautious on calling this hotel and setting up rooms for ada person and double check the reservations. Richard Wilson Raymore mo

Front desk clerk was excellent, friendly and quick

Has to be one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed at. Breakfast was great and varied from day to day. Staff was gracious and accommodating.

We had a great stay here , with convenient breakfast on site unfortunately the indoor pool was closed during our stay. Conveniently located near McDonald’s , Starbucks and a gas station.

Great for solo traveler Quiet, convenient location; minor cosmetic issues (small area of broken baseboard, areas of carpet frayed); free Continental breakfast
