Living on the side of the street, the noise is terrible. As long as there is a car passing by on the road, you can hear everything. I even misunderstood that I didn't close the window. I thought I was not sensitive to noise, but ended up not sleeping well all night.
When I took a bath towel before taking a shower, I was startled when a spider crawled on the towel.
Breakfast was also very average.
I will never book this hotel again, bad review.

The location of the hotel is good, opposite the mall. Parking fee is 18usd.
Breakfast is rich, coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day
The room was very clean, but it was too cold to enjoy the swimming pool

Great location, great size rooms , good breakfast clean and all for a reasonable price what more could you want ? Would not hesitate staying here again, staff were happy and helpful , had to pay for parking , that sucks but that’s nearly everywhere now days

Needs improvement to make the stay as it should've been. There 5 nights and I got one day of housekeeping though I should have received at least 2 (every other day.) Took an act of congress to get 2 towels and a bathmat when I called and 3 and was told housekeeping is done at 3.... and I only finally got the 2 towels...rug/floor sticky upon arrival. Big stain on chair. Asked for quiet area and got 7 am construction and a neighbor with a rotating door (in/out heavy loud doors.) Well lit bathroom, windows crack open for fresh air, comfortable bed, appreciate mini-fridge and microwave, but the plate on mic was very wobbly and had to keep recentering it. Good breakfast and location within walking distance of Americana and Galleria! Parking extra. Would like to stay there again if these things are addressed...

The staff is very attentive. Ive stayed here before and they are always welcoming. The rooms are clean and breakfast does not dissappoint, it’s a basic buffet but it complements the stay. I was upgraded because of my hilton honors status. I appreciated the upgrade. I also stayed here on December 2022. Different kind of room but we were even able to watch the World Cup final on the common area. We also had an amazong experience during that stay. The staff at the buffet was so kind. The location couldn’t be better. The Americana is just across the street. Glendale Galleria is one block away. Many restaurants and dining options around the corner.
