Hyatt Place Glendale/Los Angeles

落地洛杉磯住了四晚，房間不小，衞生隔天打掃而且打掃的非常乾淨。並且隔音很棒 一樓早餐區域，從早到晚就可以接熱水和熱咖啡，熱水好評，太貼心了。 早餐比較單一，但是可以吃飽，含早餐是加分項。 十樓有洗衣房，投硬幣，每天遊覽完回酒店第一件事就是去洗衣服，不然晚了就開始排隊了。 環境，一個很安全的城市，步行可以到達AMERICANA購物街區，我們又走了10分鐘去7～11買水，一路上沒有感覺到任何混亂。

地理位置一流

I booked a room with a bed and sofa bed, but they said there was one available and upgraded me to a larger room with two beds for free. Also, when I arrived early, they arranged for me to be able to enter the room earlier than the original check-in time. Furthermore, when I asked if I could delay check-out as my son was feeling a little unwell, I naturally assumed I would have to pay for it, but they extended it for free. The room was also clean, spacious and comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay, including their thoughtfulness. Thank you very much.

First time in Glendale, I have a good impression of this area, the nearby shopping mall is very good to visit. It is relatively close to Universal Studios, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The front desk is friendly, the room is large, and the breakfast variety is not too much but enough to fill the stomach.

The location was good and I was satisfied with the facilities and service. It is a hotel I would like to use again.
