pool out of order, room was a mess at check in, stayed on top floor ceiling leaking onto tv, microwave didn’t even have a plate, every sheet had a stain stairwell and elevator do not get cleaned WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

I’ll start by saying we had five people in our room (401), and we came all the way from Michigan for the Harley-Davidson homecoming festival. First complaint is that they raised their prices specifically for the weekend because of the festival. Next complaints are all about the room. It’s going to be a long review because there were so many issues with this hotel. The pool and hot tub were both empty, no where on the website stated the pool was closed, and the desk attendant did not notify us either. We got ready and went down and we found out when we got to the pool. My boyfriend and I slept on the pullout couch which I have experience with so I know they aren’t very comfortable to begin with. When I say this was the worst pull out I’ve ever slept on I mean I genuinely would have slept better on the floor. Not the hotels fault with that but the mattress has so many stains of pee or blood or something. It’s absolutely disgusting. We got sheets for the pullout couch which also had a stain on them. There was a wet spot on the floor by the couch and millions of stains on the couch cushions as well. One guest showed me pictures where he had black mold on his couch under the cushions. Every guest I spoke to had similar issues weather it is stains on the bed or a leaky toilet. There was water damage on the ceilings. Every bed had at least one gross stain on it. Our toilet was also leaking all over the floor and when we asked for more towels they gave us two. Which is not enough for five people to shower and the pile them around the toilet to keep the floor dry. Our sink also had a huge crack in it. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the whole room just grossed everyone out. There was also only one working outlet in the room for 5 people to charge their devices. I would never come back and I recommend that anyone reading this finds a different place to stay, honestly anywhere is better than here.

Pool under construction and not a mention at all about it on the website, purchased whirlpool room, which is a glorified bathtub in the bathroom. No ability to watch tv or socialize with your partner unless they sit in the bathroom. Not everybody wants to be in the hot tub at the same time. There was blood all over the box spring. The hotel signage is incorrect for checkout times.

Worst place ever,don’t ever stay there. I couldn’t even stay at the hotel. I over payed for another hotel then staying at that one. It smelled like smoke and ****, the pool didn’t work, the room I had it was supposed to be a queen but it was a full and the beds were worn out it had a big sink in the middle of them and the service was terrible.

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! The sheets on the bed weren't even put on all the way...had to tuck the fitted sheet in. Pactched spots in the bathroom that were not painted. Hallway carpet was filthy, and on and on! This hotel should not be offered on your website. I feel that we should be given a refund.

I paid for a double suite with a sofa pull out. Once I arrived the suite didn’t have a pull out and the room was filthy management made me wait 3 hours for another suite that was dirtier than the first one the sheets had old blood and dirt stains on them, there were people and police running through the building all night I found roaches in both my rooms and I was never compensated.
