The location of the hotel is not particularly central, but it is convenient to take a taxi to various places, and the nearby restaurants are also very delicious.
The guy on duty at night (didn't ask his name) had a very good service attitude. He took the initiative to give water when checking in. There was a problem with the room on the first night, and he took the initiative to give potato chips!
The breakfast was very rich. I didn't get house keeping for two days, but everything else was pretty good

Very nice hotel, very quiet, all facilities are quite good. Business travel is optional. The only bad thing is that the hotel breakfast is relatively small

During my stay over the 4th of July weekend, I was trapped in my hotel room when the bedroom door jammed shut. With a serious back injury, forcing the door was painful and left me in significant discomfort for the rest of the week. A kind front desk employee helped me out and promised a refund for one night. Days later, no refund had been issued. When I called, I was told that because I prepaid, they “couldn’t” refund me — only offer points or a future stay, which I declined. After multiple follow-ups, management still dragged the process out instead of honoring the original promise. I'm still trying to get a refund from them, they keep suggesting a refund in points which is not acceptable after the experience I had. While one staff member was compassionate, the safety hazard itself and the hotel’s reluctance to resolve the matter promptly or appropriately mean I will never return. Guests should feel safe and trust that serious issues will be handled quickly — neither happened here.

They don’t clean the floors well and 4 articles of my clothing were stolen by the cleaning ladies, specifically the red-haired and brown-haired women cleaning floor 6.

The hotel staff were very courteous and professional. They attended to all our needs. Doug and Jeremy in the front lobby were great. They were phenomenal. When we needed to change rooms, they made sure that all our needs were met. We could not have asked for anything better. The transition was seamless and very smooth. The housekeepers were very courteous and respectful. We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites - Cherry Creek

Good hotel. Random things wrong with the room like the shower curtain not pulling shut. But Jeremy at the front desk deserves a promotion, he was amazing.
