Didn't actually get to stay at property. Host instead of calmly talking to us started shouting out window like a sweetie wife saying three people couldn't stay. Had booked for two friend and I going to stay elsewhere and she wouldn't even allow all three into house. I suffer from severe cptsd agoraphobia etc and this triggered an episode. It took a long time for me to even get out my own home so this episode cost me 360 no partial refund etc etc
