GGuest UserThe front desk is great. They upgraded me to a room with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room for free. There are washing machines and dryers, which are very practical. There is also a balcony where you can see the street view. I will definitely stay here again next time

PPipizhoupipiThe room is clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, and supermarkets, hotels, banks, shopping centers, travel agencies, clinics, etc. are all within a few minutes' walk. Suggestion: The quilt cover is not the quilt cover that Chinese people are familiar with. It is similar to the quilt sandwiched between two sheets. It takes some time to get used to it.

As my flight was due to land in the early morning, I had written to the hotel management to request for an early check-in.
It is worth a recommendation cos there are Asian restaurant and eateries nearby which is about 8 mins' walk away.
It is quite convenient if you wanna take the Metro train to the city. It is actually so close to the hotel.
I am sure I would like to book a room with IBIS Melbourne Glen Waverly if I should travel again. Might consider to upgrade it.

GGuest UserVery good hotel, with Chinese Super League, Chinese restaurants, shopping malls nearby, very convenient for eating and shopping, and the train station is only a few minutes' walk away. It is worth recommending! I will choose it next time!

CChak Heng AndrewThe location of this serviced apartment was excellent, situated right on top of the new Glen shopping center. This was incredibly convenient for our stay. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag.
While the apartment itself was newly designed and modern in style, the maintenance and upkeep left something to be desired. The kitchen cabinetry was not properly cleaned, the dining table showed signs of wear and tear, and the bedding and closet hangars had a light layer of dust. The shower pressure also randomly dropped to a trickle at times, which was quite frustrating.
The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward hotel-style check-in, we had to coordinate with the individual owner by phone to retrieve the key outside the apartment. This added an extra layer of hassle upon arrival.
On the plus side, the apartment layout and amenities were generally quite nice when functioning properly. And the location, situated right above the shopping mall, was undoubtedly a major perk.
Overall, this serviced apartment has potential, but the lack of consistent quality and maintenance, as well as the cumbersome check-in process, detracted from an otherwise positive stay. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that can provide a more seamless and reliable hospitality experience.
