No heat in room. Was told tht the maintenance was gone fr the day. The Nxt day I was moved to a room where the ac/ heat unit was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Had chemo on tht day and I WAS EXHAUSTED. hotel was dirty frm renovation being done and wasn’t notified on line. Did not need to b exposed to tht.

If you are considering this hotel, I highly suggest avoiding until the end of the year. renovation is going on, only one elevator is operating, and construction crew do not care nor have any consideration for guests. Desk nor bed side tables did not have any power, I had to run all my plugs to the wall. Front desk staff is clearly do not care nor not trained to handle the situations dealing with construction crew.

Construction workers join you for breakfast? I have never seen a hotel where you have to get in line with the construction workers for your breakfast. Very weird. Had a hard time when checking in finding a clean room. Breakfast is good when you can weave around the construction workers. No water fountain. I had a renovated room and it was still grubby in the bathroom. Housekeeping schedule is very confusing. They don’t service the rooms every day and no one tells you that. Sometimes they come sometimes they don’t.

My Family and I really enjoy staying at Innsbrook over the weekend. Sara H. is the Manager there and she will make sure of it!! Sara is wonderful, friendly and very nice. Sara cares for her customers as she will make sure that you have everything that you need for your stay. Sara will go above and beyond for her customers. During our stay the hotel was clean and it smells very fresh.

The overall location of the hotel is good, close to food, shopping, and meeting space. However, the hotel itself was a mess as it was mid-construction/updates (which was not mentioned at time of booking). Aside from that if you are a person who needs a handicap room, go elsewhere. There were so many issues with the room that it is not a safe location if you are traveling alone. Heavy doors, difficult to open, no access to outlets, shower seat removed and placed in a corner, etc.

Our bathroom had used and dried washcloths hanging on the shower rod and the whole place was no where near as nice as the online depiction of the hotel.

This Hyatt offered good service, clean spaces and welcoming staff while in the process of management transitions and remodeling. I was impressed that the staff was keeping everything going pretty well given these transitions.

Rooms had broken showers and soaked carpets from leaks, ceiling dripping into buckets in lobby and breakfast room. Do not recommend.
