Booked a Premier Plus room - and wished we hadn't bothered. * Bed was comfy enough, but heavy duvet + too-warm room (air-con only wnet down to 19C, which is waay too hot) = very little sleep. * Nowhere provided for us to put spare clothes that don't hang (socks and underwear for example). * Only ONE armchair? In a double room? The desk had a chair, but not a relaxing one. * The windows are the type that don't open - and we like fresh air, even through the night. * Very strange-smelling toiletries provided. Bayliss and Harding are NOT "luxury" brands, in spite of what the Premier Inn website claims. And there was no shampoo or conditioner, and no tissues either. * The Nespresso coffee machine only produced a tiny drop of coffee at each 'run', meaning we had to repeat the process several times to get a decent cupful.

Premier Inn Glastonbury, lovely staff very helpful, the room is normal Premier Inn levels, clean and tidy, lovely beds , nice space , my only problem was we were a family of 4 in our room , and the windows do not open at this hotel, the room was very warm at night, and the air conditioning didn't work, we didn't say anything at the time as by the time we had noticed this the kids were in bed, but definitely something to check before you settle down for the night, the restaurant next door was great fantastic food and service for both dinner and breakfast, just over the road is a Aldi very helpful if you need anything 😀

Premier inn Glastonbury Is In a great location 5 minutes from the centre of Glastonbury town centre also 5 minute drive from The Designer outlet, Staff in the hotel were excellent and very friendly The only Fault we had with this hotel was the cleanliness of The Premier Inn plus rooms they are not up to standard with other premier inns we have stayed in around the Country but apart from that everything else was good

Hotel stay was great. Basic but really good room for the price. Car park full but there is additional parking. Staff in Premier inn very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately breakfast was the opposite experience. Met by a surly staff member who just looked at me, like I was supposed to know how things worked. No good morning or smile. Food was extremely poor. Lukewarm and overcooked. In short I'd stay at the hotel but get your breakfast from somewhere else, with decent staff and food.

We stayed for 3 nights ie Monday 23rd December till Thursday 26th December we stayed over the Xmas period visiting friends it was an enjoyable stay but I am writing this on the 14th January when I have received a parking fine for parking on the Premier Inn car park posted by Horizon Parking I never looked around for any parking signs I actually stayed there a couple of years ago and parked there no problem But I wasn't made aware that you had to give your Registration number none of the people working reception mentioned anything and obviously with staying there before and not having to give it then so the question wasn't asked but now I have a parking ticket of £57 and if not paid in 2 weeks goes up to £95 I'm hoping to get this resolved as soon as possible so people just to make you aware It as sort of soured my stay there

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Food better than average for the price and the breakfast excellent for the price. Parking good. Slight problem with finding the way in to the parking but that was probably my problem. Clean room and plenty of hot water.

Reception smelt like sprouts - a number of guests checking in commented on this. Couldn’t get the air on to stay at one consistent temperature. Turned off air con altogether, but the noise from other rooms air con kept me awake. Breakfast was terrible - poor selection compared to other premier inns I’ve stayed in. Pastry’s were hard - going stale. Hot breakfast was not hot, bacon rock hard and dry, cheap mushy sausages - only think edible was the eggs and beans. Would avoid this prem inn if stayed in Glastonbury again.

Very easy check-in and comfortable room. The thing that stood out for me was the restaurant next door. The food was hot, had a full menu and the building warm and cosy ready for customers, unlike the New way Premier Inn are delivering their evening meals and breakfasts, which are in cold pubs only opened up for their guests, very basic menu and just not very nice. I stay at Premier Inns at least once a week and as they roll out their new way of delivering food I will have to go to another provider.
