Courtyard Glassboro Rowan University

My stay at the hotel is terrible. First of all, when they said they cleaned the room, it’s only the bathroom, didn’t make beds etc or empty the trash in the room itself. The alarm when we checked in was really sticky, looks like coke or whatever spilled but no one ever cleaned it! I booked the hotel because I thought it’s a newer hotel compared to the rest in the neighborhood and it’s close to the ice rink we need to go daily. So that’s fine, I can tolerate that, just don’t touch the alarm. Not too bad. The worst part is parking. They have like 5 handicapped parking and then maybe 10-15 regular parking in total. For overflow, you have to use the parking garage across the street, which is fine too. However this evening, everything on the 1st and 2nd floor of the parking garage got blocked off for upcoming student! I understand it’s for the students, but it’s so inconvenient for guest, particularly I need to go out to run an errand in one hour. From the parking to my hotel room door to door takes like 15 min. They need to at least specify that on the website to let people know about the parking situation. Not recommend at all, unless you want to have the work out.

Beautiful quiet space with parking garage for overflow. Our room was delightfully clean without smelling of cleaning products. Front desk staff was helpful. A 5☆ experience!

Great trip Great location to Rowan as we were there for orientation. Friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint was the pillows….👎
