Second time to visit this premier inn. Love the location. Booked a family room with a view over the river. Comfortable bed and pillow. Kettle and coffee, tea, sugar, milk is provided in room and always can pick up more downstairs next to reception. Bath with shower overhead. Soap is provided too. We've had breakfast which was a buffet style. Cooked and continental breakfast are both available with hot drinks and refreshments. Would come back again.

This is our third time here in so many months staying for concerts at The OVO Hydro And my only complaint is the windows are to small, but from signing in to eating there, how clean the rooms are & everyone was so polite, some of the 4 star hotels should take a pointer from who ever is training the staff here

This was my first visit to a Premier Inn, I was going to a concert the SECC. Booked Premier Plus room and wasn’t sure what to expect. Room was really nice inside, bright and lovely furniture. The room was immaculate, we had a lovely coffee maker and fridge with water. The bedding felt so nice and I slept well. Staff in morning at breakfast were nice, decent choice of food and their coffee machine was great. Brilliant location.

On arrival to the hotel, lady who we checked in with wasn't very friendly, quick to get rid! Went to room and when I opened the door I was greeted with a very musty/damp smell. Not very pleasant at all. The bed dingwasn't tucked in to the sides of mattress looked rushed and messy. But the view over the OVO hydro/water was rather lovely. Went to bathroom and that is where the problems were. Roof was Pink with damp. The fan didn't work and it stank! We put our bags down and went to reception, there was a queue about 40 people deep and wasn't prepared to wait in it for that long, so went to the bar for a coffee, waited and waited for queue to go down but steady flow just kept coming and I needed to get ready for a concert. So went back to room for a shower and to get ready. Went down to go get food, no tables available, which i expected as it was valentines day. So had another drink and went on our way. No one on reception when we returned to complain about the room. Slept well, but kept bathroom door closed at all times due to smell. Upon checking out I mentioned to the lady about the room and she said she would get it looked at and basically dismissed this. It is a budget hotel, however still paid 100+. Premier Inn is always my go to hotel due to being able to sleep well, however after this experience I think I will look at alternatives!

Location fab. Staff excellent and efficient. A Costa on site was a bonus. Room with a view of the river and the concert venue just over the bridge from the hotel. Everything was lit up after dark so was a lovelyview after dark too. It was quiet inside so we weren't disturbed at night.

Very comfortable pillows, with a choice, very easy access to the other side of the river Clyde. All the concert venues within a 10 minute walk. There are two great foot paths one on either side with beautiful views of the city. You need to try it out.

Always like to stay here when travelling to Glasgow to see a show at the OVO. The location is perfect as walkable. Good value and always a warm welcome from staff. Room clean and beds very comfortable. Coffee/tea making facilities. Great shower and lovely towels. Very good breakfast at a reasonable price. Thank you!

The hotel is a prime location if you are attending an event at the Ovo Hydro or the SEC. The city centre is a gentle 25 mins walk. The rooms are to a good standard with excellent customer service. The service at the restaurant housed in the hotel was slightly disappointing. The big problem and frustration we encountered was the over-charge for the car parking (3 x nights) which the company (Your Parking space) tried to charge us £12.50 per night when it should be £8 as advertised on their website also stated at check in by the receptionist. After 5 emails and A lot of stress down to the principal of this we did get refunded, TIP get the discount code from the receptionist when you check in and apply the code when you register with the QR code. Other than this a pleasant stay and I would stay again.
