The Fullarton Park Hotel

This is the worst experience in my life, I booked that hotel online and paid GBP$40, I arrived at midnight and missed 8pm manual check in time while I didn’t receive e mail for auto check-in! no staff inside the hotel, no one reply the phone nor door bell ! The temperature at that time drop below zero degree and the booking website staff couldn’t contact them. Even if u could check in, you could not go out at midnight as you couldn’t come back again and die in cold temperature outside ! Ignore request for refund! No one will help u if u have problem in midnight! Eventually, no reply not refund after 14 days , while trip.com customer service provided good follow up for me .

I had mother’s funeral reception yesterday and it was very good. The staff could not have been more friendlier or more professional. They were very attentive and made the whole experience of the reception perfect. The food was delicious and everyone who attended remarked on how impressive the whole experience was. Overall I cannot fault the Fullarton Hotel on anything. Well done to all concerned!

Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Stayed Friday and Saturday nights, so the bar and function rooms were busy both nights. The thump of music audible in the room until after 11pm. Didn't both us too much, but if this would be an issue for you you've been warned.

The property is in a run down area. The is no reception to check in? After asking customers at the pub bar, eventually a barmaid gave me a key. The bedroom was tiny and very cold. I asked about central Heating and was told they would have to text the owner to ask for special Permission to have heating put on in my room? Breakfast was almost non existent. Little boxes of cereal or ask the night porter after he’d finished his cigarette to make a piece of toast. Room wasn’t cleaned or replenished enough n 3 nights. Towels didn’t dry because the room was freezing. Most of the staff were plain unhelpful. The bedroom door had a dodgy lock and there’s was a gap between the door and frame. Dirty items such as lampshade, shower curtain and window curtains

Clean and comfy Preferred my room with bathroom 2nd night I was in a room with shared bathroom other than that room was clean and comfy

Valentine's night Friendly staff, clean environment, comfortable bed. Wonderful shower. Simple breakfast, but sufficiently filling. Free parking.
