Clean, tidy and comfortable

It's a new hotel. The hardware is mostly good, but there are still some minor flaws, such as the toilet seat being crooked and the wardrobe sliding door easily derailing. The service from the front desk staff is very good, and the public space in the lobby on the first floor is amazing (free pool table, coffee machine, etc...).

Overall satisfied.

Lovely welcome at reception. We were very impressed with our room which had a microwave, small fridge and a safe. The bed was super comfy and the shower was huge. The hotel is open nearly 18 months so everything is very modern. Breakfast had the usual selection of continental and hot food. Staff in the restaurant were very efficient. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was fantastic, loved the banter with the fella on the desk, which we'd got his name. Stayed in the penthouse suite with balcony, and we could not fault anything with the room it was fabulous. We did have a little mix up with room service but Stephen sorted it all was very professional and understanding. Just a couple of things not making it a 5. There is only one lift up to the penthouse and we waited 10 minutes for it after breakfast. Breakfast was ok with a good choice. But very slow to replen and only option was cows milk. Night be an idea to have another option like oat milk, for those that can't have cows milk. But overall we would rush back as we loved our stay, certainly helped with the amazing team x

Visited for 3 nights for work. Very close to our offices so super easy. Check in was really quick and staff friendly. Lifts quite small but never had to wait long. Room wasn’t huge but mainly because the bed was so large and I’ll go for that every time. Mattress really comfy. Really pleased to have an iron, board, microwave and fridge. Lack of proper air con was a downside and I needed to have the windows open to keep temperature comfortable. Staff in the restaurant also really friendly and a nice place to eat and drink. The area for breakfast felt a little small but worked fine for me. Overall a great place for business trips.

Excellent Hotel, central for Shopping and theatre. Food very good. Hotel quiet which is great for a city, view of Glasgow was spectacular. All Staff superb and friendly, and rooms are very clean and comfortable and modern, everything you need is included - will stay again

Nice overnight stay in sandman Glasgow. We booked penthouse room with balcony which had great views of Glasgow. Room small but had what we needed for an overnight stay: clean and well maintained. Comfy bed We ate in restaurant/ bar for dinner which was fair. All members of staff were friendly. Great location

Was excited to stay here after many trips to the Aberdeen Sandman Signature hotel, but unfortunately wasn't the same standard. Pros- Room was spacious Beds were comfy Breakfast was amazing better than the Aberdeen Hotel Ideally located for the King's Theatre Cons- The silicon sealant around the bath finish was awful. Shower requires stepping into a bath. Blackout curtains don't prevent the light from the street getting in. Woke up numerous times thinking it was daylight when it was still the middle of the night. Bottom of the stairs was a dumping ground rubbish. Would I stay again. Maybe it is perfect for Kings Theatre.
