This roach motel charged my debit card $348 for a 2 night stay. The $100 "deposit" is not refunded after check out! Avoid!

We had a great time swimming and the rooms was great but when checking out I wasn't informed that they charge to check out at 12 and also the woman owner took 20 dollars out of my 200 deposit for a missing wash cloth and a wash cloth that was stained from us cleaning up spilt mac and cheese. How can u avoid using the wash cloth to wipe something up if we don't have anything else to clean it up with. This is ridiculous. We won't be going back here

Owner needs an attitude adjustment! The hotel owner was very rude and yelled and screamed at me, threatening me! All I asked for was a 30 minute late checkout and she blew! It was awful! I will sleep in my car before I go back to this hotel, and that is a promise!

A comfortable stay in a clean room. Amenities are good for an economy stay. The room curtains are small and don’t block out the bright lights in the parking lot but provide sufficient privacy. Breakfast is adequate. Orange juice was out of order which is a bummer. The impression is that the bare minimum is done to keep the place up…but again, that’s to be expected for an economy stay. We slept well. Tried calling the front desk a few times to ask when breakfast was served but no answer. Gave 4 out of 5 star rating for minimal breakfast and no answer at the front desk. If there was a 4.5 I’d have given that for a rating.

Owners are very nice, property is always clean, normally we enjoy our stay!!! Normally we get a good night sleep, however we did not get a good night sleep from 2-5am.We were in a different location this time which was for handicap by the pool!!! Once the pool noise settled down at 9 pm the sprinkler room next store or plumbing sounds sirened our ears from 2-5 am until we left!!! I asked a manger to call me about our stay and received no call!!! I was back in the area one week later and talked to the owner about discounting the experience for any future stay . She said we should have asked for a room change at 2 am in the morning. No provisions … will never be back and we have gave them business many of times with different family members!!! I was very surprised
