Whenever I stay in Gladstone I always stay at the CQ Motel. The rooms are well presented, fresh linen, fantastic pillows. All of the staff are so so nice and friendly as well as very welcoming.

Our family group stayed here on our way home from Heron Island. We received a warm welcome. Our queen room was spacious and attractive, with a sitting area and a large bathroom. The bed was the most comfortable of our whole trip away. The central location in Gladstone is very convenient. It is a reasonably priced taxi trip from the Ferry Wharf, the railway station and the airport. If you need a central Gladstone base, this is it.

We are staying at CQ Motel for 3 nights a weekend football competition. We found the motel to be perfect for our needs staying in a room with double and single bed. We were met with a warm welcome, a fast professional and friendly checkin and found parking right outside our room. The room was large, clean and fresh smelling, the beds made with resort / corporate style linen (which was unexpected but appreciated) and the beds are very comfortable. The location of our room meant it was a quiet and close to the city. Would definitely stay again. Only constructive feedback is that the bathroom needs hooks to hang towels on. Either on the back of the door or on the wall. Everything else was great.

From checkin as a last minute stay, was fantastic, room was great and got an upgrade at no cost! bed & pillows were like a cloud...staying here next visit!!
