Snowater Condo #59 - A Great Family Condo With a Cabin Feel!  Your family will have a great time in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condo.  The main floor features a galley style kitchen, an ample size living/dining area equipped with a hide-a-bed, a Lopi fireplace surrounded by a brick enclosure (firewood Not provided), a walk-out balcony where you can hear the Nooksack River running by, plus one bedroom with a full + twin bunk, and a cedar lined ¾-bath.  Ascending the staircase to the top floor brings you to a wood lined loft bedroom reminiscent of a cabin with 1-queen sized bed, plus a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and one full bath.  This tastefully decorated, wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (Enforced Maximum Occupancy!). Wi-Fi / Fireplace / No Smoking / No Pets Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property.  At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt.
