Inmiddels heel veel veranderd tov eerdere beoordelingen. Uiterst onvriendelijk personeel welke uitstralen er geen zin in te hebben. Een karig ontbijt wat niet bijgevuld wordt. En personeel die midden in de nacht met veel geschreeuw en bombarie het pand verlaten. Wij komen hier zeker niet weer.

I've stayed at Hotel Kodra for 1 night and the rooms were very clean , everything was on top, clean sheets, towels , the room was very beautiful,also the view was awesome, the staff were also very kind and helpful every moment . Definitely i will go again

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel lors de notre visite de la ville. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter la vieille ville et tous ses monuments. Chambres propres et spacieuses. Nous avons même dîné dans cet hôtel et avons goûté les spécialités locales. Le seul hic est l accès compliqué et pentu dans ces ruelles pavées.

First, the best things about this hotel: THE VIEWS, the rooms, the bed/pillows and the staff. Everyone is VERY polite and accommodating. We appreciated everyone working there. Now, for the 'interesting' parts: driving to the hotel is a little sketchy, so we ended up parking in a public area and hiking up, but the receptionist helped us navigate the car up to their parking lot (seriously the hotel staff are angels) AND the restaurant was amazing one night and the next we didn't get service so we left...and we didn't want to complain but we let the hotel manager know and he brought some wine and fruit to our room (can't stress enough how thoughtful they are). Otherwise, it was a magical experience. The location is perfect for walking around the bazaar and up to the castle/cold war tunnel/ruins. I highly recommend this to anyone planning to stay in Gjirokaster.

Das Hotel punktet erst einmal mit seiner Lage: mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Koffer werden vom Hotel vom unterhalb gelegenen Parkplatz abgeholt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend geräumig mit einem winzigen Bad, beides sehr sauber. Die meisten Zimmer haben einen sensationellen Blick hinunter ins Tal. Das Hotel verfügt über ein geräumiges Restaurant sowie über eine Bar auf dem Dach (beides habe ich nicht aufgesucht). Das Frühstück ist okay. Trotz dröhnender Musik (siehe Anmerkung) empfehlenswert.

Ein schönes Hotel,und nette Menschen.Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück lecker.Ich kann diese Hotel nur weiter empfehlen..Parking Internet,und nah der Alstadt.Was will man noch mehr.War immer zufrieden bisher☺️

We had a beautiful room (109) with stunning views and a sitting area. Staff were amazing. Restaurant very good. Perfect location for the castle and bazar area. All within walking distance. Difficult to locate with Google maps. Apparently, this entire area has tried to get google maps to fix the directions/coordinates but they have not. Thankfully a sweet elderly woman called the hotel for us and asked someone to come and show us how to get to the hotel. All in all, a fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

Hôtel inaccessible en voiture sans aide locale. Accueil mitigé. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, bonne literie. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, privilégiez les chambres situées à l'arrière de l'établissement. Petit déjeuner acceptable , sans plus.

Staying at Hotel Kodra was a terrible experience. We were there for one night. We arrive at 6:00 p.m. after many difficulties to find parking. At dinner we were going to a concert and we needed to rest. It was impossible to sleep, from the kitchen and services nearby you could only hear screams and people making noise. Clattering of dishes, noise of pots and all kinds of other noises. We went back to sleep at 1:35 am. Some people were talking and discussing at the door of our room. It was as if they were inside. Despite the fact that we informed them about the concern, it was something normal for them. In the morning, at 6:30 a.m., the same story began. We paid 70 Euros for 1 night's stay and we didn't sleep more than 4-5 hours just because of the noises. The staff, except the receptionist who was friendly, all the others, bartenders, waitresses served you lazily. A very bad experience at Hotel Kodra.
