The hotel is located in the top of the Gjirokaster. The view was so nice.
But the parking lot was uncomfortable.

THE HOTEL IS DEFINITELY NOT 4 STAR!! THERE IS NO PARKING, YOU LEAVE THE CAR 150-200M AWAY AND TAKE YOUR THINGS AWAY. ROOM NEXT TO AN ELEVATOR AND A VERY NARROW WINDOW TO SEE A CARPET WALL. THE SHOWER DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A CURTAIN THE WATER WAS FLYING IN THE WHOLE BATHROOM. I ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM AND WAS NOT SERVED BECAUSE IT WAS EVERYTHING IS CLOSED.BREAKFAST CARPET I WONDER HOW SOMEONE SAY FOR A PERFECT BREAKFAST COFFEE YOU SHOULD GET A PERSON FROM THE BAR TO SERVE AND WAIT NO VARIETY IN BREAD JUST CHEESE LIME JAMMS AND EGGS SALAMIC AT ALL. OMG THERE'S NOT EVEN A KETTLE IF YOU WANT TO A COFFEE TO DRINK. GENERAL CARPET HOTEL
THE HOTEL CANNOT BE A 4 STAR HOTEL.HAS NO PARKING YOU LEAVE THE CAR 100-200 METERS AWAY AND CARRY THE THINGS THER BY CLIMBING STAIRS.ROOM VERY NARROW NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR,YOU COULD HEAR ALL THE NOISES AND THE WINDOW FACED A WALL ,IN THE SHOWER IT HAD NO CURTAIN,THE WATER WAS ALL THROWN OUT.THE BREAKFAST THE WORST ONLY EGGS AND JAMS.NO VARIETY IN BREAD NOT EVEN SALAMI COFFEE YOU HAD TO WAIT FOR HOURS TO GET IT FROM THE BAR COUSE ONE PERSON SERVED. THERE WAS NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM TO MAKE A TEA OR COFFEE. THEY ONLY GAVE ONE CARD FOR THE ROOM WHILE THERE WERE 2 OF US SO WE COULDN'T OPERATE SEPARATELY. ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Very nice and absolutely clean hotel! Nice location and a wonderful view Nice and spacious room. Very helpful and polite staff. Very good breakfast and cuisine. It was second time within a month at this hotel and I recommend to everyone. For sure we will come back again

Un séjour court (2jours qui suffisent pour le lieu) mais pour lequel nous avons pu avoir une conclusion positive de l’hôtel. Le seul inconvénient est de se garer, les informations ne sont pas assez claires et la circulation est très difficile pour ce lieu.

My son left his necklace on the bedside table in the hotel. It was sentimental but clearly his mistake leaving it there. When trying to reasonably speak with the hotel once we had already departed and realised he had left the necklace. They supplied us with strange cctv footage of us in the hotel on arrival, at breakfast and accused us of lying. It made a very sad end to what was a nice break in Albania.

Prachtig gelegen hotel! Super vriendelijk onthaal, behulpzame mensen. Ook mooie kamer. Goed ontbijt. We genoten van het uitzicht over deze stad. Enkel nadeel geen zwembad en heel erg steil om met wagen naar toe te rijden. Wat op zich ook weer een avontuur was…

The bar staff played music so loudly it was impossible to sleep. When I went to reception they laughed at me. Not a hotel I would wish on anyone. We were so disappointed that the staff failed so badly to live up to the reputation for hospitality excellence we had been accustomed to expecting in Albania.

Great central location. Clean hotel. Breakfast is amazing! Everyone friendly. Buzzy bar atmosphere. Lovely terrace with great views. What’s not to like?! Highly recommended place to stay in this oh so interesting ancient town. So much to see in Gjirocastra, you’ll need at least 2 nights.

Nice hotel, very well located. Espacious rooms, comfy beds, good bathroom. Special mention to Havi, a girl at the reception desk, who helped us recover a sunglasses that an Italian guest had stolen. She checked the camera images and solved everything fast and easy. Besides, really nice and professional person.
