Nile Boutique Hotel

Hotel is good and convenient The hotel was inside an old building at 15th floor. We were really shocked when we had arrived, the elevator was old and slow. After arrival, the hotel was not really bad. Our room was clean and having the nice view with Nile River. The staff was nice and helpful. And the location of the hotel was convenient, it was easy to call a taxi.

Super service and customer care from all the staff. The River Nile view rooms are wonderful and excellent value for money. Good location for exploring Cairo. I visited the new Grand Egyptian Museum near the Pyramids of Giza and it was 20 minutes by taxi. Just the Grand Hall and Staircase open so far but well worth a visit. If arriving by Go Bus, a short taxi ride from Tahrir station. Plenty of restaurants around with Nile views.

Would highly recommend, very quiet and peaceful with a great a view of the Nile river, Cairo tower and Cairo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I will start with the positive items for this motel 1- Staff in general most are friendly and helpful one person stand out the Front desk manager Bassem and his willingness to go the extra mile. 2- Food are good for breakfast but it could use more items and different items u can not eat the same thing every day if you staying more than five days 3-location location is best for me since I needed to be in this area 4-As per snapshot attached the view it is beautiful and relaxing 5- Price is only fair for the location Now Room need a lot of upgrades as I am used to hotels brand which stick to a certain business clientele and expectations First motel will only issue one key for a room with two guests Bathroom shower area broken No ventilation for the restroom Furniture old and broken Housekeeping far from cleaning standards Phone in the room not working management knows and still sell the room with it’s defects Small TV with most of the channels not working Manager run the hotel as a house hold instead of a business in my view The window do not shut Will I stay again Maybe Items the hotel can not do anything about The traffic under the motel have a lot of it make the sound of the police cars moving traffic a nightmare Dogs Parking although we were on the 16 floor loud and all night

Attention to reservations at this hotel. On trips booked through travel agencies, if the checkin is not made within the aforementioned deadlines, they occupy the rooms with other clients. We arrived at 03:00 in the morning, and slept at the reception in horrible conditions. The reservation supposedly made by the agency for the next day was simply canceled and we had to look for another hotel. A horrible experience that we dont reccomend to anyone.

The worst hostel we have ever stayed All staff had no Idea about anything We complained ten times about some maintenance in our room and no one cared No workers there to do anything The manager cared to steal your money and after that kick you out like homeless Terrible breakfast , terrible workers , All the staff are two or three persons in the place They seemed to be brought from the street Like the manager Avoid it perfectly if you need to enjoy in Egypt .
