Non e’ facile condensare in poche righe la meravigliosa esperienza regalataci dai 3 fratelli “Gian” nella loro splendida struttura, Molike’. La loro ospitalità, attenzione e genuinità ci hanno sorpreso e conquistato. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati oltre ogni misura. Ogni particolare e’ studiato per far sentire a proprio agio l’ospite: dalla ricercatezza dell’arredamento alla prelibatezza dei piatti degustati (oltre alla deliziosa e ricchissima colazione irrinunciabile la cena). La nostra camera offriva scorci del mare e del Gran Sasso, tappa quest’ultima da non perdere per nessuna ragione in un viaggio alla scoperta dell’Abruzzo. Un Grazie sentito ed un arrivederci. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida country house e ne siamo rimasti incantati. La struttura, risalente al 1700, è stata recuperata con grande cura e rispetto per la sua storia. Gli arredi, i dettagli, scelti con gusto rendono l’atmosfera calda, autentica e accogliente.La gestione familiare è un vero valore aggiunto. I proprietari sono persone genuine e appassionate, impegnati a far sentire ogni ospite come a casa. Ottima la colazione, eccellente la cena consumata al ristorante annesso alla struttura. Lo spazio esterno, è curato e accogliente : silenzio, verde e la sensazione di essere davvero “lontani da tutto”, pur restando a pochi minuti dal paese. Un luogo perfetto per chi cerca pace, bellezza e autenticità. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso tra mare e colline Difficile spiegare a parole la sensazione che si prova arrivando qui. È come se il tempo rallentasse. Il silenzio è interrotto solo dal canto degli uccelli e dal fruscio degli ulivi mossi dal vento. A pochi minuti da Giulianova, ma immersi nella pace più assoluta, questo country house è un rifugio autentico, curato nei dettagli e gestito con un cuore che si sente in ogni gesto. La struttura è splendida, con stanze luminose e arredate con gusto semplice ma raffinato. La colazione è un rito: crostate fatte in casa, frutta raccolta dal giardino e quel caffè che sa di famiglia. Ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale sono le persone. L’accoglienza è calda, sincera, mai invadente. Ti fanno sentire a casa, ma con la quiete di un luogo sospeso tra terra e cielo. Il tramonto visto dalla terrazza, con un bicchiere di vino locale in mano, è qualcosa che porterò con me per molto tempo. Per non parlare del ristorante che ci ha deliziato con degustazioni a base di pesce da ristorante stellato. Se cercate autenticità, bellezza e una pausa vera, questo è il posto giusto. Un’esperienza che non si dimentica.

Eine Familie die sich rührend um ihre Gäste kümmert ! Der Gast ist König . Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und sehr schön ! Geräumig und die Betten sind sehr bequem . Aber das absolute Highlight ist das Essen. Innovativ ohne die Tradition auszulassen! Danke an Gianpiero , Gianpaolo und Gianluca und natürlich an die Mamma und die Nonna! Wir kommen bald wieder .

Location in posizione perfetta per noi che amiamo la campagna e la tranquillità, ma a pochi minuti dal mare e dal centro di Giulianova. Struttura sapientemente recuperata dove tradizione e modernità si fondono in armonia ed eleganza, camere molto pulite, arredamenti nuovi con soluzioni di design veramente accattivanti (la porta del bagno a scomparsa), linee sobrie, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. I proprietari esprimono l'ospitalità abruzzese, simpatici, cordiali, ma discreti, sempre pronti ad anticipare ogni necessità, a darti indicazioni per vivere al meglio la vacanza. Ristorante di qualità con piatti di pesce molto buoni e di grande risultato estetico, dove la materia prima fa' la differenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Che altro dire? Spero la prossima volta di trovare posto perché una chicca così andrà sicuramente a ruba!! Consigliatissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida country house e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. La posizione è perfetta: immersa nella tranquillità della campagna ma a soli 5 minuti dal mare, ideale per chi cerca relax senza rinunciare alla comodità della spiaggia. Le stanze sono eleganti, curate nei minimi dettagli, arredate con gusto minimal e impeccabilmente pulite. Ogni ambiente trasmette un senso di calma e benessere. Abbiamo scelto una stanza nella dependance, un po' meno affascinante di quelle della struttura principale, ma piena di aspetti positivi, primo tra tutti la grande tranquillità con entrata autonoma direttamente dal giardino. La colazione è stata un’esperienza a parte: ricca, varia e con prodotti freschi e genuini. I gestori mostrano tutta la loro grande passione e dedizione nell'offrire un servizio di alta qualità. Accoglienza calorosa e atmosfera autentica rendono questo luogo davvero speciale. Torneremo sicuramente!
