The very good hotel at Rubavu Rwanda ,good location jus at the entrance of Rubavu town near the amazing lac of kivu. it is vey quit and clean hotel the reason why my stay was grateful. They have friendly staff always smart their restaurant is amazing and deliver a quick service i liked the fish served to me. what they have to improve is the gym which is not equipped and make it big it is some how very small

Worst management, we paid advance and cancelled booking one day before the planned Check in. The management never return the refund amount after deduction of their charge. No invoice, they blocked our contacts instead.
