We own a rental unit at a Colorado ski resort and we rented this loft unit and the engagement with the owner was spectacular. We understand how to create a great guest experience in our rental unit and the Carriage House has done a fantastic job! The owners really have it set up well, with helping on directions and instructions, and the loft we had was decorated wonderfully. It had all the amenities plus alot more so it made it so easy for us to stay there with no worries. Loved this place and we will be back. The owners are so helpful and we felt that they really cared about our trip and needs. We would highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying in the Hayloft apartment in May 2025. It was incredibly comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed. Jake and Rachel were very friendly and helpful. The construction of the apartment and the adjoining house is absolutely stunning. They have done an incredible job with this property. We enjoyed the hot tub and mountain view from the kitchen. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

We stayed in the Tecumseh's stall unit, check in was easy. Jake and Rachel were great hosts, gave us recommendations of things in the area, what was open that early in the season, etc. We really enjoyed our stay! Girdwood is a nice town, a lot of walkable amenities nearby!

Beautiful house! Stayed in Hayloft with my family of 4. We all thoroughly enjoyed it! Great location, close to everything but nestled in the woods. We used the jacuzzi, very nice! Clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful! Definitely recommend!

The owner (Rachel) was very helpful and kind. She baked us a Walnut bread (i think) that was great with our coffee. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were VERY comfy.
Across the street in an awsome restaurant (expensive but worthy).

Spent a couple nights at Carriage House in the Tecumseh stall. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub. The bed is super comfy!! It was stocked with everything we needed and was nice and clean and smelled great. The property is close to all the restaurants and stores in Girdwood. I recommend.

Great place to stay, clean, spacious, and check the cabinets, they have literally everything to make it easy for you to stay. Bed is really nice, WiFi is good, and it is quiet, but easy to reach. Could have somewhat better signage to find the specific cabin, especially when you arrive in the dark.
