Es hotel es un moridero. Queda en una zona horrible, las instalaciones descuidadas y carísimo. Tuve que denunciarlos a la policía de turismo por ladrones, pedían $1'200,000 por noche en fin de año y no querían regresar el dinero. Las fotos son completamente maquilladas, pura publicidad engañosa. Aún no me han retornado mi dinero. No se hospeden aquí, es de lo peor.

Petit hôtel très bien situé à Girardot. Économique, paiement CB, piscine propre avec bar, jacuzzi, chambre bien aménagée avec climatisation et ventilateur plus réfrigérateur. Tv et cable présent aussi. Prix très compétitif, séjour agréable.

NO PIDEN VACUNA COVID CON OCUPACION AL 100% La publicidad actual de este hotel es farsa, las instalaciones se encuentran en total descuido, sucio, toallas y sabanas percudidas. la pintura saltada, tabletas rotas, no tienen planta eléctrica (justo en mi estadía se fue la luz) Servicios que ofrecen: Habitación 216: Tv roto, puerta del baño rota, aire a 17° Piscina: Buen horario de 9am-11pm. El aseo es malo, las sillas están oxidadas, solo tiene un parasol grande que por cierto esta en mal estado. Bar: No hay variedad. No hay una persona constante, si se necesita un servicio de bar debe llamar al personal. Parqueadero: Compartido con fruver, infortunadamente chocaron nuestro carro mientras estábamos alojados, tienen tres cámaras de seguridad, en una se evidencia que el carro entra sin el choque, pero frente a las otras cámaras ponen los camiones del fruver obstaculizando el lente de las mismas. Respuesta de funcionarios del hotel "como no hay evidencia en las cámaras del choque no respondemos por daños o robos" (Después de 5 horas y gracias a la policía de turismo deciden arreglar el tema en efectivo para evitar denuncia de parte nuestra) Si bien entiendo que la pandemia afecto duramente nuestro gremio hotelero, no se justifica la publicidad engañosa de este lugar. Me atrevo a decir que falta visita de Secretaria de salud y la SIC.
