Were well greeted at the reception. We got the room a bit dirty and smelly, but were a given another room immediately. The staff took good care of us. Even got to see the African tribal dance. Property is nice. Pleasant stay overall……………………..

So much listened about this place but staff and service let down the experience! Service was very bad, damn slow, not answerable! One of the slowest service experienced at any fern property! Rooms are excellent, location very good, cleanliness good, serene atmosphere, lots of things to play with kids! But staff at breakfast, dinner and room service is just not fern standards

Amazing property and equally good is the entire staff of the Fern Gir resort.once inside this property, you don’t want to go out as it offers so much within the property itself. Every staff knows his job well and they are trained to offer the best to the customers. Well done and would definitely recommend and visit again over here

Amazing Stay at The Fern Gir Forest Resort! Our experience at The Fern Gir Forest Resort was absolutely wonderful. The property is nestled amidst the natural beauty of Gir, offering a peaceful and refreshing environment. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the ambience of the resort added a special charm to our trip. A heartfelt thank you to Maulik, Kalu Bhai, Avinash, and Vijay for their outstanding service and personal attention throughout our stay. They made us feel truly welcomed and cared for, going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.

Dining room service is good Sanchari and Narmada served us really well Room service needs improvement and also there are way to many bugs even after the rooms are cleaned The Pool area is nice but needs a little bit more cleanliness The evening activities are also really fun and we enjoyed them

Well decorated lush green resorts, with good staffs with soft spoken and decipline. Narmada and sanchari are handling the dinning area ***** with male staffs they all are very nice friendly and decipline. Our kids are enjoying enjoying enough 2 days. Swimming, play areas and evening activities are amazing.
