Camera pulita molto panoramica struttura un po datata ma tutto il resto deludente hotel distribuito in 3 torri con ascensori spesso fermi per scarsa manutenzione o perché si bloccano senza motivo ..colazione penosa e un giorno è mancata pure l'acqua!!

Das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel! Das Essen war schlecht und knapp, die Tischdecke waren schmutzig und alt. Das Ambiente war nicht angenehm und schmutzig. Die Aufzüge waren auch alt und schmutzig. Es gab keinen Strand in diesem Stadt, und das Busservice zum Strand in einer anderen Stadt hat nicht funktioniert und ect

A pleasant but very quiet location where there's nothing to do. It's okay for a relaxing time, that is until the music from the bar keeps you awake past midnight at the weekend. The room was clean but, sadly, I was bitten to death by bedbugs. The view from the room was amazing and the balconies are large. Breakfast was terrible. Couldn't find a bowl or a spoon, and no butter for the bread. Coffee machines broken. Therefore, I didn't dare to try the dinner! Parking can be tricky unless you park down the hill. I checked out 2 days early. Staff were pleasent but offered no refund for the days I didn't stay.

A nice hotel- clean, modern and friendly. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes and views. BUT isolated. 2 1/2 hrs from Catania airport (read more about transfers below) and half way up steep, rocky hillside. Roads are steep and winding with lots of u-bends. You need a car as you cannot walk to town for evening meals/shops (too steep/dangerous) and drivers need to be confident, sober and used to parking on edge of a cliff! We haven’t seen any taxis. ‘LoveHolidays’ totally stung us after we realised that transfers had not appeared on our booking. After 4 phone calls they admitted they couldn’t find transfers to the hotel and we’d have to organise it ourselves. The huge distance (which we hadn’t spotted) and evening arrival time would have cost 600 euros taxi round trip. We ended up forgoing day 1 of hotel, booking accommodation at the airport and hiring a car the next day. Other considerations: a beautifully Italian resort with few English speakers (don’t come here if you prefer Brits abroad!) Plus lots of hidden costs eg E160 on day one for local taxes and use of beach. Hotel food rubbish - lots of processed, sugary food- little fresh - not even orange juice!

Struttura molto bella, personale simpatico e disponibile. Colazioni, pranzi, cene a buffet con doppio menu (carne o pesce) molto gustoso e abbondante. Unica piccola pecca è la piscina non molto pulita: presentava il fondo sporco di sabbia e/o terriccio.

Bella struttura ! Sono stato con mia moglie per un weekend lungo in pensione completa ! Camere molto confortevoli e ben arredate con TV, frigo, climatizzatore e cassaforte. Molto silenziose soprattutto alle torri più alte. La cucina buona, con una vasta scelta di pietanze ... dalla colazione internazionale con dolce e salato al buffet. Il pranzo con 2 primi a scelta più uno chef che prepara una pasta sul momento ogni giorno diversa, anche i secondi solitamente uno di carne e uno di pesce più un'infinita scelta di contorni e insalate.... idem per la cena più un dolce diverso ogni sera. L'animazione è discreta, i ragazzi guidati dal capo Mariano fanno il possibile per rendere il soggiorno più gradevole possibile senza mai essere invadenti (come capita in altri posti). Purtroppo abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di un meteo pessimo durante la nostra vacanza , quindi zero utilizzo di piscina ne tantomeno spiaggia con i relativi servizi che quindi non posso recensire , anche in questo un plauso all'animazione che veramente con gli scarsi mezzi e location a disposizione ha fatto il possibile per allietare le serate . Se posso dare un consiglio al direttore della struttura... gli direi di attenzionare la pulizia dei bagni ... sia quelli delle camere ma soprattutto quelli comuni ossia quelli del ristorante e della reception che ho trovato davvero in scarse condizioni in più occasioni. Per il resto la nostra esperienza è stata abbastanza positiva ! Inoltre ho preso una laurea in Scienze Ascensoristiche.... e chi c'è già stato sa a cosa mi riferisco ! Chi non c'è ancora stato ... lo scoprira' soltanto sul posto ! E consiglio vivamente di passarci un weekend o perché no anche una settimana di relax !

Avevamo prenotato per una settimana, ma abbiamo retto per 6 giorni: la posizione infelice, parcheggiare è difficoltoso, il servizio spiaggia praticamente inesistente, animazione improvvisata e affidata a dei ragazzi che cercano di fare del loro meglio, cibo discreto, accettabile. Camere mancano di manutenzione e pulizia mediocre. Si spiega perché questa zona della Sicilia non potrà mai decollare. Un vero peccato!!
