When I checked in, I was given a pool ticket, but the staff member only gave me one ticket with the number of people in it. When I presented it at the pool entrance, they said I needed to have as many tickets as there were people in the pool. I accepted the ticket and gave it to them, but the pool staff member looked embarrassed and told me to call someone and then go in. Just as I was about to enter, a new staff member told me I couldn't, and that I needed to have the number of tickets. I'm not an employee here and I don't know the rules. If it was the hotel's fault, they should apologize. And if they're blocking me from entering, are they telling me to go down to the lobby and get a new ticket? I was offended by the rude and unfriendly pool staff member. They should have called the staff member themselves to resolve the issue. If they tell the guest I can't enter, what do they expect me to do? This hotel is cheap, but the staff's behavior is truly disappointing.
