It's getting better I guess when I'm here I don't expect anything different but it's a place to lay my head

Worst hotel ever. The customer service was very rude. The lady that worked front desk never offered me another room. My TV was not working. She said I had to wait till maintenance come. I called two hours later, she had an attitude and said to give them time to come. I said ok. Your hours went by I called. She said everyone's left for the day there's nothing she can do. I said could u just refund me some money back since my TV isn't working. She said I would need to talk to management in the morning. She never offered me another room. Checkout time she was still there. i said can I speak to management because my TV wasn't working and she said I need to speak to management concerning refund. She said well I'm sorry I can't get any money back. She called maintenance and told them to fix my TV after I done checked out. She did that to cover herself. She knew she was in wrong. I did not pay a room for my TV not to be working. That was very poor customer service. I arrived on April 17, left April 18, 2024. I want looking gurl refund the entire room pay just something because my TV wasn't working or give me another room. I don't know the front desk name. She was a black woman on the heavy side. I'm describing what she looks like not to be offensive. I want corporate to do something about it that's why I described what she looks like. I felt I was mishandled very rude as a customer. I will not ever go back to this hotel ever. Bad front desk customer service.

0 OUT OF 5 STARS! — Trying to wrap my head around how you BOOK, PAY & RESERVE a hotel room and they end up selling your room after it’s book and just tell you to call your bank and get your money back. Had two toddlers w me also. Walked in and the CS Rep was in there speaking w two random guys like it was Happy Hour at Denny’s. Sad display of character on behalf of the staff & also it being late no remorse for selling our rooms.

Don't let the price fool you it is god-awful dirty burn holes in the furniture in the comforters ceilings about to fall in mold throughout the bathroom and the bathtub filth and dirt all over the cabinet and around the TV carpets loaded with stains what appeared to be blood stains on my comforter cigarette burn holes in a non-smoking room and then there were these black things on the corner of the box spring and mattress not sure if they were dead bugs or just a pile of dirt at any rate horrible
