Terrible. The bed linens were dirty, with blood stains - which had seeped through and was on the pillow topper and mattress in the exact same place so probably hadn’t even been changed. The bathroom was dirty with urine on the toilet seat. The lock on the door was broken, looked like the door had been kicked in, and the AC/heat unit shut off every 15 minutes regardless of the setting we put it on. Pillows and bed were comfortable enough and front desk staff was nice, but terrible upkeep of the place and not worth more than $60/night.

Our room was not great. The toilet was loose and rocked when you sat on it. The bathroom was dirty and the towels were stained. There was no bed skirt so you could see how stained and gross the box springs were. I showered with the bathroom door open so the wall opposite had some condensation on it. The water drips were brown. The wifi didn’t work. It would let you sign in but there was no internet connection. When I inquired at the front desk I was told “I was told to tell guests that it is working on my phone so it’s working fine” Do obviously this is a known problem that isn’t going to be fixed. There was piles of dead bugs in the pool area. The water in the pool was cool so not sure if it was actually heated.

I would have rather slept in my car. It offered a pool, hot tub, and breakfast. What I received was a foul smelling, filthy, loud, run down, the pool was out of service (allowed to use after 6pm that way the health department didn't know), along with the hot tub. I ended up trying to get my money back so that I could go somewhere else and was denied. The next night I was able to find a different hotel and I never looked back- worst night of my hotel traveling. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Obnoxious drunk.
The hotel was ‘cheap and cheerful’ which is what was expected. When it came to breakfast time the cheerfulness was gone. The breakfast itself left a lot to be desired, seriously. But there is an obnoxious old drunk that is living there, he was dressed in his pyjamas being in everyone’s face and spoiling the peace. The staff simply left him to it. Before we left he even tried to hit me up for $10. The management really need to do something about him, he isn’t good for business.

What you’d expect from a 50 year old building
Overall the stay was good. The place is really old and the rooms show their age (cracks and stains) but the room was fine. It was clean as far as a 50 year old building can be clean. The tv remote did not work but I just did old school and sat next to the tv pushing the tv buttons until I found something to watch. There were a lot of channels to choose from! The walls are super thin so you can hear your upstairs and next door neighbors pretty well but all of the neighbors were kind to each other and respectful! I didn’t stay very long in my room because I kept busy during the day so for a place to sleep and the price it was fine!
