Please note I am only rating their restaurant and didn't experience their hotel. I came here for dinner during my stay as I was looking for new options in the area. First surprise when I arrived, the room was freezing cold. I had to keep my jacket for about 20 minutes as it was not possible to stay otherwise. Luckily, the lady noticed and turned on the heating behind me. There was a grumpy guy sitting in there, not sure what he was doing but just seemed annoyed- then started to ask personal questions...(?!). Anyway, I ordered the wildragout with some spätzles and, the time that I wrote a text, boom! My dish was already there!! I had never experienced that before...I guess everything was just thrown in my plate, then directly in the microwave, meaning my spätzles were clearly warmed up for the second or third time and crispy lol. The ragout was nice but there was only a few pieces of meat for a lot of sauce. The dessert was a homemade parfait with red fruits, consisting in a lot of ice crystals with a red fruit taste. The bill came to around 30€. I am sorry but no, the entire stuff was just unprofessional and money making like. Never again!
