We decided to extend our reservation and stay one more day. My girlfriend and I really liked it. The authenticity of its name, the fact that transportation is only by horse-drawn carriages and bicycles, that no electric or gasoline vehicles are used, and that the sea and beaches are very beautiful make this island special. There is also a little night entertainment.

Ombak Sunset Lombok is a great choice if you’re looking for peace and quiet, with exceptionally friendly staff who ensure rooms are kept very clean. The spacious rooms and large swimming pool add to the relaxing experience. However, to reach the town center, a bicycle or electric scooter is recommended. Overall, a lovely retreat for a restful stay!

The hotel is on the side of the island where the sun shines. Everything is very clean and organized. Comfortable bed, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, beach service, bike rental, help with transfers to the port.

Terrible service. Staff were not friendly or helpful. The most I paid my whole trip and by far the worst service. Only 1 key, waited 45 minutes to be let into the room as my friend had the key and had gone out. Door didn't lock or even close from the inside without key so room filled with mosquitoes. Insisted I return the bike on check out despite having paid till the evening for it. Claimed there were no more bikes despite having many. All round poor service, especially considering the price.

They have given us a villa instead of the bungalow that we have reserved, which is very appreciated since we had not expected it. Spectacular facilities. Top quality service with super friendly attention. The breakfasts are pretty good too, although a little more variety wouldn't hurt. The perfect location because it is away from noise and with visits at sunset
