Nia and Niata made sure my stay was convenient and comfortable, free Wi-Fi free breakfast, free coffee, and tea and the social area was very pleasing close to everything and there are four kids. They always socialize around which made my sense even more pleasant. I highly recommend this place. I would repeat.

The scenery on the island is beautiful, but the hotel experience is very poor. There is no hot water for bathing, the bathing water is sea water, and the lighting is dim. I will not choose this hotel again next time

Staff and owner were fantastic
This room we received was not quite as nice as photos conveyed. The air con was not working but on pointing this out, the staff and owner went to a lot of trouble to rectify. They replaced it with a new one which was excellent. (I am afraid an aircon is really important to me) Unfortunately there was a power outage to the whole island on the last day which meant no shower aircon fans or internet. Some of the accomodation options had generators, unfortunately Florines gardens did not. A power outage is clearly not something anyone can control The staff were amazing, breakfast was good and Gili Air was great.

I really like this place. Big thanks to great staff, amazing breakfast, very close to beach and village. Very nice bungalow. One of best place what i visited in Gili Air. For sure i will come back when ill be again in the island. Thank you for experience!

Il peggior soggiorno di 3 settimane in Indonesia. Struttura decadente, armadi rotti, porta di ingresso alla camera mangiata da umidità o non so che altro, rubinetteria del bagno arrugginita, assenza di luce vicino al letto, muro scrostato doccia con un getto praticamente inesistente in modo da rendere impossibile lavarsi. Non da ultimo l'ospitalità e i sorrisi, che hanno accompagnato il nostro meraviglioso viaggio in Indonesia, al Florine sono completamente assenti. Le foto parlano da sole
