The hotel is relatively clean, and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. There are supermarkets not far away, which is more convenient. However, the breakfast is really bad. The lights in the breakfast room are dim and there are few things. The biggest problem is that I specifically chose a suite. The Ctrip pictures show a suite, but in reality it is a single room. This is a bit of a fraud and I want to complain!

First time here and the hotel is very nice. Ashley, who was working the front desk was fun and very welcoming and check in was a breeze. The free breakfast was good and my room was very clean and modern. The location to the Harbor is a five minute drive. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby

My wife and I stayed here for a family wedding nearby. It was lovely. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even baked fresh chocolate chip cookies in the evening…make sure you get one! The room was a good size. We were on a top floor and had a little sitting area in addition to the king bed. Plenty of drawer and closet space for clothing. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower’s water pressure was great. The location was great to a lot of the waterfront activities and near the highway for adventures elsewhere. The only frustration was not indicating we wanted the room clean. Either we weren’t told at check in or we didn’t hear, but if you want cleaning make sure you let the staff know at night for the next day. Not a huge deal since we were out and about and we were able to get towels any time of day.

Excellent stay at this hotel. It appears recently renovated. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Huge tv. Very nice hot and cold breakfast. Enjoyed the quiet at this hotel. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. Free snacks available too.

The property needs an update. They were updating the interior walls, but the furniture is old, the entire place felt old, but was clean. Friendly staff. Safe environment. The bed was comfy & comfy pillows, 5 stars for that, which is super important. I had a good night sleep.
