日本の温泉旅館は元来過剰なサービスであった。故に、過サービスで無駄もコストも多いと思われる。本ホテルでは、恐らく経営方針からであろうが、ムダを可及的に省き、サービスはessentialなものだけにしている。ただし、これは不足を招いておらず、with coronaの時代、適切と思える内容であり、満足してた。施設はきれいにメンテナンスしてあり、食事、他サービスも十分である。 自家用車等で利用する場合は何不自由ないが、公共共通機関やタクシーを使う場合はデメリットになるかもしれない。しかし、次回からビジネスでも利用したいと考えている。
