Opposite Meitetsu Gifu Station and JR Gifu Station. There is a supermarket at JR Station. There is a Family Mart next to the hotel. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly. The windows of the room I stayed in the hotel cannot be opened. It is not ventilated. The air conditioner only has heating. April. Walk a few more steps. There are more choices.

The hotel is very conveniently located between JR Station and Meitetsu Station, within a 5-minute walk of both stations. There are several bus stops downstairs of the hotel, and the bus to Gifu Castle is also available in front of the door. The train from Gifu to Nagoya takes about half an hour, so if Nagoya is too expensive, staying here is also a good choice.
The room is spacious enough, with all the necessary facilities, and a coin-operated self-service washing and drying machine. Washing clothes is 200, and drying is 100/half an hour. The room is just near the laundry room, which might be noisy in the future. Fortunately, the thoughtful laundry room can only be used until 11 o'clock in the evening, which is convenient for washing clothes and does not affect rest. But if you bring large luggage, you need to pay attention. The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor. There is only a staircase to the front desk from the main entrance. Location is very good for travellers using Gifu station, just across a street with rows of restaurants behind the hotel. Renovated and clean, we booked a smoking room by mistake, but there was no available non-smoking room to change. Able to open the window to clear some cigarette odour in the room.
