This is the first time I encountered a hotel where I needed to make bed sheets. Because there were no bed sheets and quilt covers when I checked in, we saw moldy mattresses, which affected our mood. The sofa bed was very bad. It was only about 1.6 meters long when I laid it down. The legs are still outside, and the front desk of the hotel does not go to work until 16 o'clock. Although it has been informed in the check-in notice, this is a manifestation of poor quality service. The experience of this stay was very bad, and I will not book again.

What a horror! We checked in late in the afternoon. After receiving the key, we found at least 30 black blowflies in the room. Days old dirt, dust, crumbs, dead flies, and stains everywhere. Unfortunately, the reception was closed when we tried to report this. We decided to stay the night because we were tired. We spoke to reception the next morning. They immediately agreed with us. It was dirty and we could leave free of charge. Unfortunately, a few days later, it turned out we wouldn't get our money back. Dirty place, deceitful staff, terrible location. Cheap furniture and worn off facilities. Avoid if you want a good vacation.

Je trouve l'endroit très confortable et bien. Mes enfants et moi avons beaucoup apprécié, surtout que j'étais en chimiothérapie depuis deux ans et que mes enfants étaient très affectés par ma maladie... mais ces vacances les ont rendus très heureux et ils ont apprécié leur temps et la beauté de la nature, ce qui aide beaucoup au confort psychologique... ce que je voudrais ajouter, c'est qu'il manquait une machine à laver, que j'aurais aimé avoir ou même une pièce partagée pour laver le linge avec le reste des gens là-bas.
