入住退房都是自助，在一個房間的大屏幕上操作，用密碼開門。訂的房間直接開門就是河邊的路，倒是方便，帶一個小花園但沒有使用。洗浴提供的荷蘭Rituals品牌產品小樣。

The hotel was sparse and bare bones when it comes to customer service. It’s a totally electronic check in! We wanted a few extra towels and there was no one to request them from. Price was overpriced for such a bare bones hotel. They did have some charm with the doors painted like famous Dutch artists. The restaurant provided a complimentary breakfast for hotel staying guests. Free parking across the street from the hotel.

Leider kann ich keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Bei Ankunft bekamen wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Dort war es sehr dunkel und roch sehr modrig. Da es dort keine Rezeption gab, war es schwierig sich bei jemandem zu beschweren. Gott sei Dank fanden wir dann eine sehr hilfsbereite Reinigungskraft, die uns dann ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung stellte. Dort gab es dann leider ein Problem mit der PIN an der Tür. Dies wurde dann aber auch geklärt. Das Zimmer selbst war nicht sehr groß, Matratzen aus Schaumstoff und sehr weich. Für den Preis hätte man etwas besseres erwartet. Abends ging plötzlich der Strim weg. Da niemand zu erreichen war mussten wir das innen liegende Badezimmer bis zum nächsten Morgen im Dunkeln benutzen. Erst gegen 9 Uhr wurde das Problem behoben. Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider war es im Restaurant sehr kalt. Jedes Mal wenn die Türen geöffnet wurden, ging ein kalter Luftzug durchs Restaurant. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Hotel war ein positiver Aspekt.

Gunstig gelegen net hotel in Giethoorn. Mooie nieuwe kamer. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Perfect voor een weekendje Giethoorn en omgeving. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. De in-en uitcheck is volledig geautomatiseerd via een zuil. Wel zo makkelijk!

Prima hotel voor 1 overnachting. Gratis wifi, niet al te grote maar nette kamer. Prima bed. De muur tussen kamer 118 en 120 is erg erg dun, hierdoor ‘s avonds, ‘s nachts en smorgens onze Duitse buurtjes gehoord 😂. Het ontbijt smorgens was erg lekker met genoeg keus.

Kamer klein. Goed bed en schoon. Alleen de snelle wifi verbinding niet gevonden. Gehele verblijf geen wifi vind ik wel een minpunt. Zelf ben ik niet zo groot ik moest een stoel pakken om de knop van de verwarming te bedienen. Verder tevreden.
